A laid-back ocean lover with a passion for holistic wellness as well as a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and a functional & therapeutic breathwork practitioner.
I’m absolutely stoked to share my passion for fitness, health and overall balanced living with you.
The mission is simple……To help you achieve overall wellness, inside and out! I want to help you accomplish balanced living and optimal health in all aspects of your life.
Most of all I want you to have FUN on your movement journey and my ultimate joy comes from witnessing your transformation and celebrating your renewed connection to your own unique inner strengths.

I have been lucky enough to combine my passions together to create this haven for women, empowering them to unlock their inner strengths and radiate absolute confidence.
The boutique fitness training studio is more than just a place to exercise though; it’s a sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in a holistic approach to fitness and prioritise your mental and emotional well-being. Here, I believe that true wellness extends beyond physical fitness; it’s about nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits. It’s a harmonious balance of physical activity, mindful practices, and connection with nature.
I aim to keep the approach to wellness all-encompassing and focus on strengthening the body, improving physical function and performance, and cultivating inner balance.

Sunrise Moves is a grounded movement experience that will leave you revitalised + ready to take on the day. Discover a fusion approach to exercise with blends of resistance, cardio, power, endurance, flexibility and mobility that will make you burst with excitement to get out of bed in the morning.
This ain’t no basic bitch bootcamp. This is for the vitality chasers who want to experience joyful movement.

As a young mother + vitality-obsessed human myself, I wanted to create a space where you can receive PERSONALISED PT, that is customised to your needs but with the added magic of a fun + inspiring group setting.

I recently had my 3rd baby and signed up to join Megan’s ‘Mum’s & Bub’s class.
Only a few weeks in and I’m already feeling so much more like myself again.
I can feel my core strength and pelvic floor muscles strengthening with every session.
It’s so wonderful to be in a small class with just 3 other mothers in a very similar level of experience as myself.

Megs PT is great!
I started with Megs in December last year. I was 50 and not feeling very fabulous and on a recommendation by a friend to try personal training, I found Megan through google. We met and had a chat about what I was looking for and I signed up with her immediately! Megan is highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable. Megan understood what I needed, developed an at home program designed for me, in addition to PT with her up to 3 times a week. I feel more energetic and strong and mobile just after a few months and am looking forward to continuing to improve myself at Double M Fitness.

Pregnancy can wreak havoc with the body so getting back into my health after baby #2 was exciting and Megan has been helping me heal. I am usually a person that loves to ‘go hard or go home’ with exercise but we have been taking things slow and steady and building up all core strength.
